Don't be too discouraged. Keep making healthy choices!! More veggies and less fruit might help - in the WW world, most veggies don't have points, but every fruit does (except very small servings of some berries). Maybe you're getting too much natural sugar and it's not being balanced enough by the fiber. Just a thought! Becca
Don't get down on yourself. You are working hard at this and quite obviously devoted to becoming a healthier you.
I agree with Becca, watch the fruits (lots of sugar). Take advantage of all the 'free points' with greens and other veggies (watch out for carrots and tomatoes though).
You may want to try doing a flush for a week or so, by cutting back on or cutting out starchs and all sugars, that way your body can stop craving and you can drop the initial water weight and excess sugar. Check out that PM I sent you. That's my 2 cents on it. :)
