Wow. That's about all I can say. This slideshow is a compilation of pics from April to now. I still have a long way to go, but I have come quite a way, too. I have to encourage myself with that.
I am having a hard time waiting for the results from my recent medical testing. I'm feeling really badly, and I'm trying to just make it through the day. I'm trying to do the Shred at least 3 days a week. My joints are really inflamed, and I'm waiting on lab results to have the exact diagnosis. I did do Pilates last night, which felt great. If I can just keep moving and challenging my body, I'll be all right.
I have to tone up my arms and I have to get this fat off my belly. I find myself focusing on these two areas instead of giving myself credit for how far I've come. Oh, and looking at these pictures makes me gasp. I can and will do this. I will.

Where did you go, lady?!?! Please, please, focus on the amazing progress in these pictures and don't get down by focusing on just the things that are still bothering you. There is REAL evidence here of how far you've come - you're doing great and you look fabulous!
Ditto what Becca and Jason said. This is hard evidence of how far you've come. You seriously don't look like the same person. Amazing that you're able to do this and take care of the kiddos when he's gone! I'm in awe!
Hugs. I know you're having a really hard time with the joint aches and pains and medical stuff, but I'm so proud of you for all you have accomplished and what you are still doing. You might not be perfect everyday. You might not make the best food choices you might not workout everyday. But you are doing what you can with what you have right now. Kudos to you. I don't know if I could do it. You're stronger than you think missy! You look amazing, keep your head up you'll get to that goal. Love ya!
